Niruddh Yoga classess specialize in tradition yoga, dynamic yoga, power yoga, hatha yoga, medical yoga, corporate yoga, pranayama and meditation. We customize our classess based on body type, stamina, weight and medical condtions. We aslo do tailor made classes to achieve specific objectives such as weight loss, inch loss, figure correction and improving felxibility and stamina.
The objective of our classess is not only fitness but also holistic wellbeing.
Bhagat Singh's interest in yoga began at the age of ten. After finishing his high school in 1996, he got admission in Laxmi Bai National Institute of Physical Education(Gwalior), which is Asia's top physical educagtion institute.
He acquired knowledge abput the science of yoga and had interactive classess with eminent professors on the subject. He then enrolled in Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute in Lonaval (Maharastra), which is know for being one of the most best college in India.
Here he understood yoga as an ancient science that is helpful for the entire human anatomy. It has various facets such as spiritual, physical and emototional, After that he went to banglore (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusadhana Samasthana) to learn yoga theraphy, which helped him finalize his thesis on the science of yoga. Later he did his M.A in yoga.
